1. Agreement to Terms

By renting a power bank from a NightPlug station or using the NightPlug website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

NightPlug provides short-term rental of portable power bank devices at participating venues. Rentals begin when a power bank is dispensed and end when it is returned to a NightPlug station.

3. Fees

Rental fees are shown before you confirm a rental and may vary by location. Unreturned or lost equipment may result in an additional charge, described at the time of rental.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use rented equipment as intended, return it to a NightPlug station in reasonable condition, and stop using any power bank that appears damaged, swollen, or unusually hot.

5. Limitation of Liability

NightPlug equipment is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, NightPlug is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
