1. Starting a Rental

Rentals start when a power bank is dispensed from a NightPlug station after payment is confirmed via QR code, tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card.

2. Rental Pricing

Starting rental price is $6.99. Final pricing and rental duration may vary by location.

3. Returning Equipment

Return the power bank to any live NightPlug station. As our network grows, returns at a different venue than the one you rented from will become available.

4. Lost or Damaged Equipment

If a power bank is lost, not returned within a reasonable time, or returned damaged beyond normal wear, a replacement fee may apply.

5. Safety

If a power bank appears swollen, damaged, leaking, or unusually hot, stop using it immediately and notify venue staff or NightPlug support.
